As part of Hockey Week in Tampa Bay in February, the Lightning opened three new outdoor rinks in the area
Lightning Heroes League
Fire fighters, police officers, medical staff, teachers and armed forces are all invited to join our adult Heroes League. All players will be invited to take advantage of weekly practices coached by TBL alumni.
Lightning High School League
The LSHSL includes 18 Tampa Bay area high school hockey teams and is open to all high school students. The regular season runs from September through February.
